By using the services of Obsidience Coaching, operated by Spandana Matapathi, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services
Obsidience Coaching provides professional coaching services, including:
- Individual coaching sessions (online or in-person)
- Group workshops and sessions (free and paid)
- Online programs and resources
Important: Coaching is not therapy and does not substitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. Please review our Disclaimer for further details.
2. Bookings & Payments
- All sessions must be booked in advance.
- Payment is required before the session.
- Prepaid packages or session bundles are non-refundable, but sessions may be rescheduled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance at no extra cost.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may incur the full session fee.
- In case of emergencies or exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss options.
4. Confidentiality
- All information shared during coaching sessions is strictly confidential.
- Exceptions apply only if disclosure is legally required, for example:
- Risk of serious harm to yourself or others
- Court orders or legal obligations
5. Liability
The rules described in the Legal Notice (Imprint) and Disclaimer also apply to all coaching services. Clients remain responsible for their own actions and decisions.
6. Privacy
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The rules described in the Legal Notice (Imprint) and Disclaimer also apply to all content, materials, and resources provided during coaching sessions or on this website.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when necessary. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
