What led my own journey here?
Losing multiple loved ones at a young age changed everything for me. I had to grow up quickly, take on responsibilities, and find my own way through life. Moving abroad for a new life was another big leap… navigating a new culture, building a life from scratch, and learning what it takes to adapt and move forward. These experiences taught me resilience, self-awareness, and the importance of mindset in overcoming life’s challenges.
Along the way, I realized how many people face similar transitions and the uncertainty that comes with them. As an accredited Master Professional Coach, I now help others find clarity and confidence as they navigate their own paths.

How can I get started?
You can start by booking a free 30-min onboarding call where we will discuss more about your goals and how I can support you. If it’s a good fit, we can start with the onboarding process!
How does the onboarding work?
We’ll begin with a free 30-minute introduction call, available online or offline. This is our first step to get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit. During this chat, please share as much as you can about the areas you’d like to work on and your goals.
Next comes a discounted 1-hour onboarding call, where I’ll present a personalized plan designed to support your specific needs based on what you’ve shared. If the plan feels right and you decide to move forward, we’ll officially begin the coaching process.
I recommend at least five consecutive sessions (one per week for a month), which are part of the Transform Your Life package. If you prefer a different package, you can explore your options here. You can also choose to book a single session if that suits you better.
All packages are offered online, but if you’d like to arrange an offline setup, please reach out to me via this form.
Is coaching different from therapy?
Yes. Coaching offers a safe and non-judgmental space, similar to therapy, but our focus is on what you can change, your mindset, habits, and actions, to help you move forward. Unlike therapy, your past experiences may come up, or they may not, depending on the flow of each session. Every coaching session has a clear goal and ends with actionable steps for you to take.
Please note: Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment.
How many people have you coached?
Including my training and private practice, I’ve guided over 70 sessions, each offering a meaningful opportunity to support someone’s growth and transformation.
How much does each session cost?
Each session has a fixed price when booked individually. If you choose a program, the total cost will depend on the specific package you select. You can begin with a single session or opt for one of my coaching packages for more structure and savings. Please visit the Packages section for detailed pricing.
I want to restart my coaching after a break. Is that possible?
Of course! You can restart anytime. Please reach out to me directly via the email we last used, or book a free introduction call here if you’d like to discuss any new changes compared to your previous sessions.
Is there a disocunt?
Yes, currently I am offering three seats for all of my coaching programs completely for free. Just mention this in your email. Read more about the programs here.

What langauages do you offer coaching in?
I offer coaching mainly in English. In addition, I can facilitate the sessions in kannada, hindi or german if needed. This can be discussed personally.
Are your coaching packages based on credible sources?
Yes. Each of my coaching packages is thoughtfully designed, combining the rigorous training I received as a certified coach with insights from my own healing journey. I also review every plan with a qualified medical professional to ensure the content is accurate, responsible, and supportive of your overall wellbeing.
